Magnesium is what fixed it for me.
It's not that they won't stop moving, it's that signals make you want to move. It's uncomfortable, is an understatement!!! It's all over the body!!! It's horrendous...
I had restless leg syndrome bad, and what completely stopped it for me came unexpectedly. I got a vibration plate, which is a exercise machine you stand on and it vibrates the hell out of you lol. It tones leg muscles and helps tremendously with circulation. But after a few days of using it 10-20 minutes before I went to bed, my legs were so spent from the vibration they no longer bothered me, the creepy crawly restless feeling like 100 percent gone. Like Dr berg said, all that stored up energy is totally gone, It's been 2 years and it's never come back I sleep easily now.
'The Berg', does it again. Love your videos.
Yeah, I think magnesium and drinking from a copper cup works for me
Dr. Berg, u say the same thing as my sister. Stuck between a rock and a hard place. She has leg problems. I sent the video for her. Thank u for sharing.

Great video! I'd only add two things. 1. Copper is what helps the body recycle iron. Which is why those with RLS can benefit from increasing iron intake and get some relief but it doesn't last until the body can recycle the used iron which is where copper comes into play. 2. You left out the fact zinc fights copper (as you mentioned in other videos) so any additonal copper intake should be in tandum with zinc 50/50. Once I fixed my copper my iron levels were better and RLS faded as I did intermittent fasting to generate new mitochondria.
FYI: Cacao is high in oxalates. Avoid if you are concerned about kidney stones.
For years I thought I was just a restless sleeper, but the urge to move my legs every night became exhausting. It was affecting my sleep, mood, and energy during the day. I wish I had looked into the cause sooner. Poor sleep can quietly impact every part of your life.
