I am a massage therapist with 27 years of experience. The tingling and numbness in your hands can also be caused by a very tight Pectoralis Minor muscle in your chest. As the brachial plexus (nerve supply) runs under Pec minor it can become compressed if the muscle becomes too tight. This is worse when doing things such as cycling (arms forward for long periods) or when sleeping with the arms curling forward or up over your head. Deep tissue massage and specific stretching of pec minor and the affected arm can eradicate this problem in many cases. A tight pec minor also causes rounded shoulders and cause issues with the neck and shoulders due to poor posture. Ongoing stretching of pec minor and the forearms can prevent reoccurrence.

If you guys have any gas or digestive issues at all I'm going to tell you right now I've tried every single remedy on Earth and nothing compares to fasting. Nothing will let the gut regenerate better and faster than fasting. I have tried getting around the fasting so many times and so many ways it always takes me back. This is how I know this is the truth and it is the number one way to heal yourself from the inside out. These other remedies help but nothing will be letting your gut rest from fasting. Much love, hope this helps someone out there.

I have watched over a thousand hours of Dr Berg and not only is his voice healing and therapeutic but his teachings are so nice to listen to Because if you just actually practice the discipline to implement it it really works. One thing that I've noticed is he so calm and relaxed about it and it's kind of easier for him it seems so for the rest of us we need to realize that this is also a challenge of just doing it it's the discipline of fasting or not overeating or eating in the right times that is the hard part and being consistent. The knowledge is key as well but practicing it in your day-to-day life is the real challenge ❤
