Chronic inflammation over time can lead to serious health problems like cancer, which tends to invade areas of inflammation. Fibromyalgia involves inflammation that spreads throughout the entire body. Many people with fibromyalgia have it on the right side of the body and also have pain underneath the right rib cage. Fibromyalgia all over the body is usually caused by a virus that has come out of remission. Viruses such as the Epstein-Barr virus, shingles, and herpes come out of remission when your immune system is weak. Stress is a common trigger because it activates cortisol, which suppresses the immune system. Lyme disease can cause pain and inflammation in the body and downgrade your ability to use vitamin D. Vitamin D is the most important vitamin for your immune system. It can increase the immune system or bring down an overactive immune system. More causes of inflammation include the following: •Old injuries •Inflammatory oncotaxis •Food allergies •High cortisol •Sugar, starch, and seed oils •Too much visceral fat •Insulin resistance •Autoimmune diseases •Soy protein isolates •EMFs •Certain medications •Too much iron •Fibroids The following remedies may help reduce inflammation in the body: •Vitamin D3 •L. reuteri probiotics •Carnivore diet •Low-carb diet •Intermittent fasting •Omega-3 fatty acids •The opposite technique (acupressure) Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 59, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. A knee doctor shot a lubricant in my knees and I was still in pain. I eliminated sugar by going on a keto diet and the pain has slowly disappeared!

Going to doctors these days and trying to have conversations about this is like stepping back to the dark ages. At this point I feel like I’m more qualified than my primary care physician.

I remember the first time arthritis truly hit me. I was at the park, holding my daughter's hand, and she asked me to run with her. It wasn’t a complicated request, but I froze. My knees were throbbing, and every step felt like walking on broken glass. All I could do was smile and tell her to run ahead. Watching her laugh and play from a distance broke my heart. That night, I sat alone, holding my swollen knee, feeling defeated. The pain wasn’t just physical—it felt like a thief stealing moments I’d always taken for granted. Dancing at weddings, playing with my kids, even simple walks in the evening - they all seemed impossible. But something changed the next morning. My daughter came to me, her tiny hands holding a pair of walking shoes she’d drawn with crayon. "We can walk together, Mom," she said. That moment reminded me why I needed to fight- not just for me, but for her. If you're struggling with arthritis, I get it. It’s hard. But take it one step at a time. 🌱 Start small - gentle stretches, healthier choices, or just asking for support. Don’t let pain steal your joy. Your body carries not just your weight, but the dreams of those who love you. 🌟💪
