Dr. Berg, I am a recovering addict who struggled with drug addiction from 12 years old until 33 years old. I got clean and sober 3 years ago and my health was not doing well. At times I have experienced heart palpitations. My daughter would ask if I was well hydrated and suggested drinking a couple glasses of water, which I did. Within a half hour, the palpitations ceased every time! Remember to stay hydrated! 😅
