My dad ate a regular diet, meat , potatoes, veggies, and dessert. He ate regular 3 meals a day and kept active. He is 102!
My Mom has Dementia, I feel like I've stabilized it using advice I find on-line. Most of it from Dr. Berg. We use Benfotemine, B12 with B6 and Folate, Vitamin D3 and K2. Eating cleaner and fasting from 6 or 7 pm to around 9 or 10 in the morning. It takes time. We walk and her Edema is gone. Doctor had her on a diuretic for the leg swelling, took her off of it right away. I feel the B vitamins, walking and hydration fixed the edema. Thank God for all the functional medicine doctors on YouTube!

Just for fun, pick an aisle at your local convenience store and read the labels on all the packaged goods. Try to find any single item that does not have a seed oil, a preservative, or a food coloring. Good luck.
Doctors don't talk about nutrition, it doesn't help their bottom line π’. Keep up the good work β€.
