My mother is beyond help. Wanting to help her & being able to help her only leads to a butting of heads when she refuses to do what is necessary. She gets combative if you say anything about her loss of memory and eyesight. The stress involved with caring for a mother with dementia can lead to ulcers and anxiety. I do not wish this upon anyone. All I can do for myself is preventative measures. Take B1, go on a ketogenic diet, take Vitamin A (once a week). It is a fearful thing to watch what could be your own illness 10-20 years from now.
It's all the chemicals in our food and everyday products that can affect the brain and every other system in our bodies.
I've seen some people criticizing dr berge I've been sick for a whole year and I've been in a lot of pain and I've watch one or two of his videos and I'm healed and I feel really good... Please continue to do your work doc.
I started noticing some cognitive decline when I was 35, just a few years ago. I started noticing my blood pressure increasing, getting a little more inflammation and chub packed on. Luckily carnivore fixed all those issues in spades within a very short time. 2.5 years later I feel like a well-oiled machine, mentally sharp, healthiest and strongest I've ever been in my 38 years! All I had to do was cut out sugar and seed oils, and prioritize animal foods.
Trying to remember if I've watched this one already
1. vitamine B1 2. low carb diet 3. intermittent fasting
In November 2024 I was hospitalized for a very high blood sugar it was over 1,000 my A1C was 13.9 but by February 2025 my A1C was 5.4 my doctor tells me this year 2026 I’m in remission for type 2 diabetes, it’s been a very long journey for me it didn’t happen over night, first thing I did was cut out all fast food 🥘 and processed foods and started really eating healthy I’ve dropped 60 pounds, it’s been hard but with determination anyone can do it, I’m at a 5.7 A1C now but this didn’t happen over night you have to work hard to get to where I am, and you will notice after stop eating all that processed foods and fast foods they don’t taste the same, one day at a time ❤
Different videos cover different problems but the good thing is that the solution always remains the same, low carbs, intermittent fasting, long fasting, no sugar!
