About 30% of the protein in your body is collagen, yet most people consume very little. Collagen deficiency can impact your bones, heart, gut lining, skin, teeth, gums, and overall health. When collagen is low, your body prioritizes the most essential functions. Collagen deficiency is largely driven by the modern diet of lean, boneless, skinless meats, along with high sugar intake, chronic stress, and poor sleep. Dr Berg I’m a big fan. That being said I know you go into the nutrition on what to eat and what to avoid and that’s obviously a great foundation. However, I think all people should know whether they are young or old that the fascia is the key determinant in the aging of our skin and hydration. Releasing the tensions in our faces necks and scalps are ultimately the most important key factor. Less knots, less tension, younger looking. It works. People should know this.

Ohhh I didn’t k ow all of this about collagen. Have been taking it for many years for my joints and at 51 people always tell me they think I’m in my 30’s. I just had a biological age assessment and even though I’m way out of shape (healing from a massive medical nightmare) it told me my biological age based on HRV and other factors is lower than my age 🎉 now I know why!
