Dr Berg's tips to interrupt endless sitting, help spine & improve health: -Frequent breaks -Move while sitting -Reverse posture -Yoga breaks -Playtime body stretches -Lumbar support for car -Walking breaks -Reduce blue light & EMF (electromagnetic fields) exposure -Alternate use of podium or standing desk BOTTOM LINE: Remember to move. Set hourly alarm to get up off your butt, even if just for one minute. Exercise matters.
