OMAD for over 2 years, I don’t get hungry at all. I look forward to and thoroughly enjoy my meal but I’m not really hungry! I’m at a healthy weight and feel great at 70 years old.

After a Sunday roast chicken lunch, I pop the carcass in the slow cooker with water,salt and a little cider vinegar, leave it on low for 8 hours or more then strain it into a bowl and leave it in the fridge overnight. Next day it has set like a jelly and I can scoop out a mug full, warm it up and it’s a delicious bone broth.

Make your own bone broth and freeze it. The Areira is 32.99 per bag. It makes 15 cups of broth. That’s $2.19 a cup. Very expensive. Chicken feet make the best and most nutrient dense bone broth.

I am not interested in those products myself. I make my own bone broth. And I like my green tea. I also drink lemon ginger tea once in a while. But I’m glad that there are products out there to make it easier for people who can’t or don’t want to make their own. I have lost 95 pounds since I started fasting. I have not been great about eating the best food so that is the next thing I need to work on and I’ve got about 25 more pounds to go to get to my target wait. Thank you for everything you’ve done.
