What happened to Edmunds U-Drags??
It’s weird that they would compare the cheapest model 3 to an optioned out luxury car when there is a more comparable (and still cheaper) version of the model 3 (awd not performance).
Curious if I'm alone in this... To me the Mercedes interior looks cramped and cluttered. Not being a Tesla fanboy here, I think the Model 3 needs a few more physical buttons, but the Merc is way off in the other direction.

How is the non-performance Model 3 in this test $56k when it is $47k on Tesla website ? Base model starting price is also incorrect it starts at $37k
Was that window switch designed by VW? That's one of the most hated features by ID4 owners. I traded in our 2021 ID4 for the 2026 Model 3 RWD premium. Day n night improvement. After the ID4 I told myself and everyone: 1. I'm not getting another VW, and 2. No more EVs just because of how much hassles we experienced. But the M3 this time just impressed me, plus the great leasing deal and 1 year free super charging.
Instead of complaining about the rear center headrest in the CLA you could fix the issue by adjusting or removing the headrest.
Edmunds and most car reviewers are dogmatic about screens. I think the opposite is true...too many buttons are a mess. The right balance is a handful of key buttons and a good UI that remembers the driver settings. Set it once and you are done.
Tesla model 3 Long Range RWD , the king of efficiency, you get a 320HP car with an efficiency of a tiny Dacia Spring.
Just starting the charge on any charger for the Mercedes takes more than 3 minutes vs Tesla that you just plug in and walk away
