First thing, pairing glycine and nac is ideal, as glycine is the rate limiting substrate for glutathione synthesis alongside cysteine and glutamate. I take 6g of glycine, 250mg of theanine, 10g of creatine, 10g of collagen, and 300mg of magnesium glycinate before bed and it always just knocks me right out. I almost always wake up feeling refreshed - it's been a big life changer. Edit: I made a mistake, I take 300mg of Mg, not 600.

Just a word of caution to everyone taking glycine powder from a container. Sometimes they will come with a scoop and on the container it will say that one scoop equals 3 however, sometimes the scoop is actually a 1 g scoop. You should check your scoop to make sure that it is in fact, 3 g, because otherwise you are not getting what you think you are getting. I am speaking from experience.
