This is quickly becoming THE definitive James Bond documentary series.
Realised there was some out of sync audio on the first vid so here it is again. Please rewatch all of it thanks. All 1 hour and 40 mins. Please.
I've never watched a James Bond movie in my life until I saw your breakdowns on Dr No and From Russia With Love. It made me interested, and now my wife and I have been watching at least 1 Bond movie a weekend as a date night. We're currently on The Spy Who Loved Me. So thanks for getting me interested in the series!

Thunderball is a lot of fun, def my favorite or the early bond years. Feeding people to sharks is just a good time.
You're killing these bond movies. From the voice work in the intro, to reading excerpts from the books. Great job
This was the first Bond film I ever saw as a kid on TV and it's in my top 3 favorite Bond films. When I was 8 my father took us to Nassau in the Bahamas and we rode around on a motor scooter going to all the locations of the film. It also inspired me to get certified for scuba diving and I have been diving in the Caribbean and Asia for the past 3 years. I also scuba dived at GoldenEye in Jamaica.
The Disco Volante was a true marvel of ingeniosity. To see the speedboat emerging perfectly free from its "cocoon" was amazing.
Thunderball is definitely my favorite of the early Bond films…
Next to Goldeneye this in my opinion is one of the most "complete" bond experiences. Also the soundtrack is sooo good.
