F1 was basically Top Gun: Maverick, and that's not a bad thing.
Top Gun Maverick and F1 both made going to the movies WORTH IT. They both had such a grandiose cinematic feel in terms of cinematography, visuals, the music, the action, all of it!
F1 was an event. A movie you truly feel good when leaving the theater
Watched F1 five times last week. Fan’s First advanced screening in IMAX with Laser on Monday. IMAX with Laser on Wednesday HDR by Barco, then twice in IMAX with Laser GT on the UK’s widest screen, all on Saturday. Over 7.5 hours of F1. Pure adrenaline rush from start to finish. Enjoyed each and every viewing. Run, don’t walk to see this movie on the biggest IMAX screen that you can get to and watch it multiple times if possible. This is why cinemas still exist. We need more movies like this. The most entertaining movie I’ve watched out of 78 different ones at the cinema so far in 2025, 105 movies watched in total this year. 😎 Thank you Paul.
Watched F1 since i was 6. Went to my first race in Monaco for my 6th birthday with my Mum, Dad and cousin. Been a McLaren fan all my life, and I highly recommend watching it.
I thought 2-1/2 hrs is too long but I was wrong. There was no boring moment for me. I loved watching it on IMAX and I already want to see it again. The movie was moving to me as it shows that in life, we fall down and everything seems to be going against us. But if we continue on and work hard, someday we could make our dreams come true. It's about passion and hope and that money shouldn't be your greatest motivator in life.
I haven’t watched a film that made me feel such positive emotions in a while. It feels like that old school film style where nothing else mattered aside from leaving the viewer feeling rewarded. Amazing movie
Joseph Kosinski quickly becoming a great director. His last 2 films were literally said they were saving Hollywood.
A simple movie executed really well. It was nice to sit down for a few hours and watch something that didn't result in online arguments about it being the best/worst thing ever. Just a focused, good time.
