I can speak to the idea of “repetition” and exercise … after a large brain hemorrhage in my parietal and temporal lobes @ the age of 22 (right side brain) I literally had no short term memory. Extremely exhausting and miserable feeling… just keep trying and using your mind to change your brain. 7 years out and substantially better. God bless ya’ll
Thank you for the tools. Let me make kind of a cheat sheet: - repetition - emotions with release adrenaline, epinephrine, dopamine etc - caffeine or other stimulants - better take stimulants late in the learning not before - naps after learning in 1 or 2 hours - chronic stress is detrimental to learning - exercises especially cardiovascular - mental snapshot or take a photo a camera with a reason - Déjà vu - brief daily meditation of 13 minutes
Thank you for watching. Please click the subscribe tab and then the "bell" icon to subscribe to our channel here on YouTube and get notified when new content is posted... And thank you for your interest in science! -- Andrew
Uploaded 27 seconds ago is crazy. Time to listen to this for the rest of my commute
I hope I don't forget to watch this later.
This is very informative and well-explained. I am also a professor of behavioral economics and would like to congratulate Prof. Huberman for putting together so many pieces of valuable information.
This is so crazy everytime I talk to someone about something Andrew posts a video about it! How?!?! 😭
20:43 sounds like baptism
Perfectly timed for the beginning of my semester🔥
Grazie! ❤
