literally was waiting for something like this for the last two weeks
The one thing i cant live without is meditation, it kind of keeps everything else in order. If i skip my meditation for some reason it means chaos has won for that day.
What timing. Last year I was practicing meditation every day and it had a significant positive impact on my mental health. The six months were some of the best of my life, though certainly not the easiest as I have two young children. I fell out of practice and have recently been struggling with my mental health. Yesterday I told myself I needed to start practicing again and then this video comes up this morning. Thank you, Andrew!
