I’m 24 and have been on a carnivore diet for almost 2 years now, and never felt better. It reversed my depression, anxiety, IBS, skin issues, and so much more.

Best show in a very long time. Dr. Kilt is direct and unapologetic in his stance and analysis. I like his balance with the real world we live in. Does he have any opinions about parasitic management or is his medical license in jeopardy if he shares?

It HAS brought attention to the “standard” thought on the microbiome.
Great to get a few key dietary choices and numbers off the bat! I believe that a 'missing' appreciation (still) by many choosing a carnivore or strongly animal based dietary plan is the continued belief that a certain 'volume' (still referencing calories 😢) is necessary. But our ancestors, whom we thank for the brain that grew from meats, certainly didn't eat every single day. I figure that, for me, getting 1 gram of protein per my ideal kg lean weight, plus the same amount in amazing animal fat, daily, is PLENTY - and I honestly can't eat / don't feel like eating more than that. 63 years young, moderately active, definitely not at risk for 'under eating'. ❤ Another great interview Jesse!

I did 10 days water fast and since then 3 months now I only eat boiled meat in soup with added raw egg yolks. No more burning and all the nutrition that falls int he water is also consumed! I can confirm I feel much better.
Those words on being and eating like a lion, for our life, are pretty close to reality for most of humanity...
