tomatillos is hard to get in Denmark but I love them, so im gonna try to grow them my self.... wish me luck
Not going to lie this is going to sound weird if you don’t know… add a bit of chicken buillon to the blender… like a teaspoon.. and your salsa is going to be magical.
I made #3 and entered in a salsa competition at work. I WON! I roasted 7 tomatillos, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 onion and 3 big jalapeños. Squeezed 1 whole lime 7 cilantro stalks and added a teaspoon of powdered cumin. That's for the awesome recipe!
I subbed because you made 3 salsas in 3 minutes instead of making this a 30 minute video with so much useless filler just to generate ad revenue. Thank you man, you really be cooking from your heart and not for a paycheck. Love you dawg.
Roasted is the only way I do it because it has the most flavor IMO.
To everyone doing the roasted method. He forgot to mention that if you accidentally keep the tomatillos roasting in the oven for over 15 minutes and they break, you’ll actually start to caramelize the tomatillos making your salsa sweet (they have natural sugars in them) which I don’t recommend in my opinion since it’s supposed to be acidic and salty.
I agree on the roasted one, but add the avocado. 😋
