The actor portraying the gas station owner did a phenomenal performance too.
I love how the one time he visibly loses that detachment is when that guys wife refuses to play his stupid coin game.
The single greatest portrayal of psychopathy in film history. Cold, detached, with a singular goal in mind and carrying out violence like a Terminator. Javier Bardem is a wonderful villain actor.
I’ve never seen pictures of the actor himself before so I was shocked at how much more attractive he is without the horrible haircut
I never get tired of analysis videos of this role
He has so many great lines in this movie, my favorite is the "That depends. Do you see me?" response to if he's going to kill the accountant.
‘Wearing them down with his stare’ That woman who ran that trailer park, was Antons only match.
His performance was voted as the most convincing depiction of a clinical psychopath by a panel of psychiatrists. Quite the accolade.
The main hero dies by the hands of 3rd party thieves of screen, the villain gets away, the sheriff couldn't solve the case. The vendetta between the hero and the villain did not come to an end. No one knows where the money is? What can I say, the movie surprised me at every step. Next level plot.
Its funny how in trying to neutralize his accent Javier managed to fully sound like a skin-walker lol. Just not human whatsoever
