2 years for weed and 3 years for assault and attempted kidnapping is WILD
Three minutes in, and I just want to comment about Higher Hope: my student Rylee Gembola has been missing in Omaha, Nebraska, since May of 2024. She’s been sighted so many times, but law enforcement hasn’t cared. Because of your grant, her family was able to put out a billboard campaign all over the city. Thank you thank you thank you. 💛
"obviously wasn't true, I mean look at the guy" 💀💀💀💀 Kendall I love you
I will never understand the “good behavior” getting out early. Of course they were behaving! They didn’t have access to victims.
I cannot believe the judge allowed him to speak like that.. and for 45 minutes?! Shame on them.
I'm a woman. When I was a teen during the early 1970's, I rode my bike everywhere in the San Francisco Bay area. There were many guys who wanted to pick me up along the way. It was one of the more dangerous areas for teen girls at the time. Of course, I didn't know about this. I'm so glad to have lived and have grown to be 70 years old!
I hate that our justice system uses the “3 strikes and you’re out” mindset for drug/weapon related charges but a man attacks a woman and is convicted, potentially attacked a second woman, and they’re like “he’s fine” no if we had kept him locked up the first time, Sierah wouldn’t be dead. This is a failure of the US judicial system that continues to happen.
It’s like Josh knew he needed to be with her on the ride home 😢 so heartbreaking
he is clearly a serial killer... this is insane. letting him out after he tells his therapist he will bury the next one is crazy
Volunteers who take time out of their lives to look for missing people are unsung heroes. ❤️ They have a special place in Heaven.
