Trump PANICS after NOMINATION NIGHTMARE!!!

Attorneys Brian Kabateck and Shant Karnikian cover Trump's appointment of 38-year-old Bill Pulte as acting Director of National Intelligence, replacing Tulsi Gabbard. Pulte has no military service, no intelligence background, and no national security experience of any kind. His FHFA biography lists housing and philanthropy. He'll keep running the Federal Housing Finance Agency while simultaneously overseeing 18 intelligence agencies, including the CIA and NSA. The DNI statute requires "extensive national security expertise." Even Senate Majority Leader John Thune said "we don't need a weaponized DNI. We need professionals." Republican Sen. John Cornyn added: "I don't see any evidence of his qualifications." Pulte's real resume: filing criminal referrals against Trump's enemies, including Letitia James and Lisa Cook, using mortgage records as political weapons. The Wall Street Journal reports insiders call him "Little Trump." The GAO investigated his FHFA conduct. Brian and Shant note the Vacancies Act lets him serve 210 days without confirmation, and if Trump submits a nomination on day 210, the clock resets. Brian's analogy from Tulsi Gabbard's own testimony: the person who really runs intelligence is Trump. He doesn't want a DNI who pushes back. He wants a yes man.
