Absolutely incredible how they’re able to create a 14-course fine dining experience in one of the most remote places on Earth! 🌍🔥 The dedication to using local Arctic ingredients is just mind-blowing, only Mark Wiens could take us this far north for a food adventure like this!

That was one of the best degustation menus I've seen. Chef Alberto is an artist, engineer and geologist. A genius in this field!
