I can still taste all of the food we have tried Mark! It's an honor to eat beside you and show you Midnanao! Cheers to our next Philippine trip🇵🇭Mabuhay!!
I am so happy to have our beloved Mindanao featured. It is actually a gem in the Philippines! Thank you for showing what Mindanao is! Also, Mindanao is as diverse as the country itself.
Mark, I have been following your channel for years. This Filipino Food Tour has become one of my favorite productions. You showcase the deliciousness of the food with every stop but we get blessed by the greatness, the humbleness of the people. You are amazing. WOW!
I’m not usually the type of person to comment on youtube videos but honestly I respect you ten times more after watching this video. A lot of main stream tourists and food bloggers come to the Philippines and yet you are the first person I’ve seen educate and talk about the misunderstanding and struggle of moro people and our food. This is cultural appreciation, and we appreciate you a lot.
I love Filipino food. I remember when I went last year. Thanks Mark for the reminder. Who else loves Mark wein video!!!!
The way you pronounce 'Maranao' sounds so natural and respectful, it really shows your genuine appreciation of the culture. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit Mindanao and for shining a light on the rich diversity of Filipino cuisine, especially our beloved Muslim Filipino dishes. It's heartwarming to see someone with your platform uplifting local traditions and giving voice to communities that are often overlooked. People like you truly deserve to grow even more in influence and followers. Keep doing what you do more power and thank you again Mark!
IPhilippines is a country which never cease to amazes me when it comes to singing and hospitality...regards to Mark and one of my good buddy from there John Reyes.
Thank you for your effort in making this footage. it's so many words and so many foods in the Philippines that are similar to and the same as those in Indonesia. Indonesia and the Philippines share ethnic and racial similarities because their ancestors were Austronesian people. The historical relationship between the two countries has been going on for 9 centuries.
One of the greatest hits from this channel , showing all the diverse and variety of Filipino food . I don’t think there’s anyone better that shows appreciation for culture’s cuisines.
I love the Filipinos. Filipinos are friendly, hospitable, and not shy about the cameras.
