And now she wants to marry this wonderful man who broke this fated curse she felt she was under... and people are... upset? betrayed? angry? um... WHAT? I'm so frustrated and disappointed in these so-called "Swifties" who have the audacity & malice to wish her heartbroken again because of their own wounds & politics. Taylor recently said that she views her music as a mirror that gets held up to people. And that some might see themselves in that mirror, and some won't. And sometimes timing & phase of life changes whether they see themselves in that mirror too-- where maybe an album doesn't land with you at first, but years later you end up relating to it. With the way people are responding to this album... I think she's right about that assessment. People's responses are definitely reflections of themselves & their own triggers than it is about Taylor & her life choices.

I don't get how any of these people were swifties to begin with. She's been writing songs about finding love and a boyfriend for almost 20 years. One of her biggest hits from a long time ago was about how she was Juliet and needed her Romeo to save her.
Nobody would take an issue with a line like that even if Taylor Swift was married to a black guy or anybody who wasnt white
