How to change your life in one day: dont scroll social media for 6-8 hours
You can definitely destroy your life in one day but never fix it in one day.
People spend way too much time analyzing and not enough time doing. The best self-help advice ever came in the form of a Nike slogan: "Just Do It."
"Success is 10% inspiration and 90% perspiration"
If you're chronically unhappy about something, quit talking about it nonstop. If you talk to a therapist everyday about the same thing, it keeps you stuck. The way to change your life in one day is to accept it as it is and enjoy the day before you.
It's just like "give me $1, and I'll tell you how to become a millionaire", and send it to one million fools who will send you $1 each.
Things that will be more helpful for the self than reading about self help: - Work out/exercise - Learn something useful - Spend time with loved ones - Create something - Be outside - Go somewhere new/try something new - Help a stranger - Volunteer - Master a skill Looking for short cuts leads to paralysis every time.
That's why the people who are the most grateful are typically the most happy. You'll find you really enjoy your life if you're happy to be alive
Social Media requires us to constantly ruminate. It's extremely unhealthy. Unplug now while you're still able to even muster the thought to quit.
I feel most alive when I’m not obsessing about my self but helping to meet the needs of others.
