Goals don’t fail from lack of desire. They fail from a lack of structure. This process is gold.🔥❤️

I’ve learned, growing fast causes a gap & this creates being misunderstood by others, most are the ones who want the version of ourselves that served them. Fire everyone who is committed to misunderstanding you. Do you and as Mel famously taught us, Let them! Control is actually honoring ourselves, be responsible for yourself, nobody coming to save you.

Don't quit! That's probably the most important one she said! We finish, we win! You can't stop someone who won't stop! Let's go, let's get it! #JustFiNiNS

This! The reason most people fail at goals has nothing to do with motivation and everything to do with the fact that they were never taught how to choose the right goal in the first place. Your brain needs both the will and a believable pathway to activate the neural circuitry that actually drives follow-through and without both pieces the goal just becomes another thing you feel bad about not doing. The Hot 15 concept is something I want everyone to hear because momentum is a neurological state and five-minutes of real action does more for your brain than an hour of planning. Big love to Mel Robbins for turning decades of research into something you can actually use before the episode is even over!

You have no idea how grateful I am for this video ❤ My young adult developed a schizophrenia about 4 1/2 years ago and my whole world became taking care of him to the point I put everything on back burner even my rare neurological disorder treatments. I’m all he has . I loved the whole episode as I’m reteaching him balancing and life skills. I loved and learned so much from The entire episode but the ending really hit home about no longer how long it’s even and you want to get back to the goals no matter how long it’s been the foundation is there , that gave me hope and realized the importance of all the community I lost and my son lost . I am going to make that call and get back into neurological therapy , he can come with me . And I’ve not kept my sleep schedule or done my routine to help start my day with a calm reflection and gratitude. I was ready for o give up until you helped me realize the foundation is still there . 🥺🧘🏼‍♀️ Sending Love and Gratitude your way ❤
