I absolutely love how Judy put it “Don’t wish your life away”. I’m going to try to live by it.
I'm one of your students watching you from SOMALIA
Sometimes my depression gets the best of me but i yry to make sure to watch a video every morning, one hour is nothing when youre already doing nothing ❤❤❤❤
Mel!! I will complete my hospice volunteer training on May, 21st, and will be working with patients soon after. While I have always had a heart of service, when Judy talked about her experience in hospice, I KNEW it was for me to learn and lean into. Thank you!!
When lonely take care of someone. Great idea, can’t wait to try it. Thanks.
I come from a family of women who live very long lives. Five have made it past 101. They’ve been healthy with no dementia. All lost husbands decades prior. These women were very social and always had a purpose for living. They ate all kinds of food in moderation including sweets, got their exercise mainly from housework and gardening. Nothing fancy in their routines. My 98 year old cousin walks one mile per day. So there’s hope for many of us.
When I'm lonely take care of someone. If I give love I will get love. ❤ l can do this!
