Adults wants and desires should never ever come at the cost of a helpless child.

As a mother, my whole heart sank in. I wanted to grab him through the screen and comfort him.

It almost seems like that baby is a pet to him. He’s completely self obsessed and doesn’t notice the joy of hearing his baby babbling.

These men are abusing that child in more ways than one. Everyone is focused on them denying the child his mother, which is heartbreaking, but it is more than that. The abuse is also the way he is telling the child 'no' as the baby is doing perfectly normal baby babbling. He and whomever is filming are laughing at the baby not in a joyous way of fun that parents do, but in a mocking way and telling the baby no to making the 'ma' sound, a sound needed to properly speak the English language. You can see it in the baby's face after the guy laughs and tells him no mama, the baby hesitates and then says 'ma' once before stopping and being obviously confused and upset. Then he makes it even more heartless by laughing at the baby telling him no mama and pushing for dada or pop instead of offering comfort and reassurance to the very obviously upset and confused kid. Babies start to babble with the 'dada' sound because it is the easiest sound, then they figure out the 'mama' sound. That man and his partner laughing and telling the kid no are teaching the kid that saying that sound is bad. If they keep it up then the child will have language issues, may even stop talking because the child will become afraid of being scolded or mocked, or afraid of angering the person he's totally dependent on for survival. They are abusing that child by both denying a mother, but also by damaging the child's confidence during critical language development. I hope the child has grandparents or aunts who will keep close eye and be a positive force in his life, to help temper the psychological and emotional damage the "dads" will do to that poor child. Whatever backlash they get for that disgusting video won't teach them anything, they're too narcissistic and selfish to realize how wrong the entire situation.

I saw it yesterday and cried. I couldn’t watch it again. But I appreciate all who are bringing this to the light. It is abuse.

What the actual F*CK?? I am not even anti gay, catholic, or conservative but no one should traumatize a baby who has a need!😡That hurt my heart so much and my maternal instinct kicked in and made me wish I could rescue that baby through the screen!
