Dubai is too mainstream. It was amazing before 2020, better prices, less fake people, no traffic, before the tsunami of influencers came
Qatar is sounding like a better option. You can register your company there and not pay corporate taxes while you yourself live in Dubai and pay no personal income tax. Qatar also has enough heft that they can resist being put on the FATF grey list or being called a tax haven, unlike the UAE. Turns out European countries really need that Qatari LNG right now and they'll do anything to keep their suppliers happy.
Taxes never go backwards
Banking facilities should be taken into account too. You can spend a lot of banking fees in some countries and have no access to leverage. Dubai has extremely hot weather 4 months each year and is very expensive. It doesn't seem attractive anymore.
Nomad capitalist is most definitely not anti UAE. His pro go where your treated best.

Can you do an episode on the best countries to live for day traders from a tax perspective?
In 100 years, we'll be talking about how low the taxes are in Antarctica. 100 years after that....Mars. Jeez- as though the sandbox of Dubai weren't bad enough.
Great breakdown Andrew, you mentioned so many countries that I was curious about!
Great stuff!
