Its cheaper to buy real estate for 500 k and get a golden visa too😎
If you want golden visa in UAE is much simpler to just buy some real estate, any real estate ( no particular rule ) worth at least 2 mil AED ( 1 USD= 3,68 AED fix rate ) . You don’t even need to use it or keep it empty. You can rent it out. As long as you own it you have your visa.
This is your sign to own a YACHT 🛥️
This is great information for anyone wanting to diversify their portfolio. Owning an asset that gives residency in a country and geographic flexibility is out-of-the-box thinking.
If you buy a Boat slip in St Kitts and Nevis you can get citizenship.

I'm gonna need a bigger boat.
Dubai is a lovely place with good people, low taxes, cheap labor, and excellent services I'd love to live there. I would also love to own super yachts, jets and helicopters, but before I get to that, I'd want to own homes, islands, resorts, hotels, and different businesses or, at least, have a massive sum invested in stocks, bonds, commodities and real estate to finance my lifestyle.
Turkey and Greece needs this as well. I so what a reason to buy a boat in future.
