I knew soon as I saw that Cassie was reacting to this movie, that the tears would be flowing. That little girl gives the best performance. She is the star of the movie.❤❤❤
Oh boy. She is not going to be prepared for the ending. 😅
When the baseball players got bitten: "Oh no - they're going to be faster because of their cardio!" is one of the funniest lines I've heard in a while!
I hated that one guy more than the zombies 😂 One of the best zombie movies of all time
The homeless man's death always gets me. He's scared just like everyone else, and he doesn't have any personal connection to the girl and pregnant woman (we never even learn his name). But he puts himself in harms way to protect them, and they only survive that situation because of his sacrifice. And it proves to be just another example of how wrong that selfish businessman was when he negatively judged the homeless man.
That ending is Emotional Damage 😭😭😭😭.
That little girl is a heck of an actress. Had Cassie on the verge of a nervous breakdown. 😅
Never did I think a zombie movie would be so emotional. This was such a fantastic movie. Gong Yoo is such a talented actor. Ma Dong-seok was my favorite character in the movie. His sacrifice to save his wife, unborn child and the rest of the passengers is so heartbreaking. Also, Kim Su-an, the child actress, puts on a hell of a performance, especially at the end. I always get teary-eyed when I get to that scene.
Cassie did not have tissues prepared coz crying was the last thing she expected to do in a zombie movie! 😂 The power of that little girl's acting!
Bit of TMI from a Korean train and film enthusiast: the actor who played the driver of the KTX (which stands for Korea Train Express, by the way) train, Jeong Seok-yong, actually took train drivers' classes and observed real KTX drivers to prepare for his role. He also gave them a very positive image through his heroics in the movie - so much so, that he was named the first ever honorary KTX driver in Korean history. Also, the reason why the subtitles say "conductor" even though he's driving the train is that in Korea, high speed train drivers are called "Gijang(기장)," which translates to "captain," like that of an airplane. So he's both the driver and the conductor, in a way. P.S. damn, I love how emotional Cassie gets when she watches movies, but I did not expect her to be sobbing her heart out for this one, she even made me tear up a bit 😅
