Frank and Hawk did make up. They just did it like guys do. Hell, Hawk even sneaked an "I love you, Frank, but ..." into their last argument. That's as close as most guys are going to come to what you wanted!

This is what a real superhero movie looks like. Remember when we just got feel good movies of normal people doing heroic things? I miss films like that. Also, I am glad you're the first to react to this movie on YouTube. No better honor because this is a great movie with legendary actors.
The fact that hawk not only made it but got up and walked to that rock to bask at the view of Earth blows my mind.
What I love about 90s and 2000s films is that they weren't all trying to be high and mighty masterpieces. They just were what they were, and we had so much more variety to enjoy. I love that I can throw this one on when I want something lighter that still has the general spectacle of a great adventure film.
I LOVE the part where they send the baby food to the younger astronauts, lol. Awesome movie!
This is the most pre 9.11 movie you can get and still feel like the 2000s. After this one, movies changed forever.
Best thing about some movies is casting them with a bunch of old actors WHO know HOW. And they turn on the charisma, steal the movie, and everybody has a good time.
Criminally underrated movie. "I love you and I love being on the ground" is also one of my favourite lines.
Men like them don’t have moments where they explain their feelings. They say what they mean and they understand it, they don’t need to explain.
