Game Theory #24: The AI Apocalypse

A man that straight says "please understand this is all speculation, please criticize and build upon me", is a man worth listening very seriously to. He's literally been saying this since he started YouTube. A plethora of troll no name channels keep on talking crap about how he's wrong about this and that and yeah he's wrong about a lot of things, he's also right about a lot of things. The purpose is not a binary of right or wrong, that's childish ideals, it's about the act of truly thinking at all. At the very least, Jiang is worth every second of attention, and then we can go do our own rigorous thinking and research, on the topic of AI however, I think he is completely spot on.

Very few people would address their own short comings so reflectivity publicly with condor. What Jiang has done is disarm his critics with open honesty and do it without any real profit motive. This is what makes him a great teacher.
