Theory: Jake being more psychologically in sync with khonshu gives him more abilities that Marc doesn’t know he has as MoonKnight. More specifically, Khonshu’s ability to move fast like he did in the first fight against Ammit. That would explain how Jake is able to take out so many people in a matter of seconds(seemingly).

Scarlet Scarab wasn't technically a villain... Its complicated. The character goal is protect Egypt of all invaders and that included the British's ocupation that was ocurring during time the comic was published. And because WW2 was also a thing, Scarlet Scarab and his followers were manipulated by the Nazis. And then the story happened, the Scarab discovered the Nazis were not the good guy and joined the heroes against the germans. The second scarab has a similar storyline where he thinks Thor is the bad guy but also was manipulated. They aren't villains just a temporary antagonist with good intentions but awful judgement

Harrow's death proves Ammit wrong. She tells Harrow that his scales are not balanced, because of what he will do in the future. Since he dies a short time after Ammit was imprisoned inside him, where he seems to have spent his time in a weakened state doped on psych meds, we can assume that he didn't get up to much evildoing. This means the foresight by which she judges souls is somehow lacking. If she can be wrong, then her whole system falls apart. My guess is, the opening of the multiverse really effed with her ability, and being confined for the last 2000 years didn't help her becoming of aware of it. Her foresight was likely restricted to the MCU Prime timeline.
