"The Village Bride" and "The Ninth Jedi" are hands down the best episodes of this season. "The Duel", "The Twins", "The Elder" and "Lop and Ocho" are pretty good as well. Imma start saying this in both English and Japanese from now on.🤣 フォースと共にあらんことを May The Force Be With You
This is my favorite and the same with a lot of people on the internet, which I am glad
The standout for this episode is the music by Kevin Penkin. In all of his work (Tower of God, Rising of the Shield Hero, but *especially* Made in Abyss) everything just feels so unbelievably massive and conveys such a sense of mystery. I highly recommend listening to his other stuff, it's really great.

“The Village Bride” was my favorite ever and glad they use yellow lightsaber which is my favorite color because the the temple guards have them. Also the “The Ninth Jedi” was amazing to had a great plot twist.
I cried when she said she was a jedi...i felt that ping of hope like I did when I was kid watching starwars for the first time
What I got from this is that she was saved by her master and eventually hehe died? His peoples religion unknowingly connects them to the force. What I like the most is the fact that her masters people are going through the same thing she did and now she's risking revealing herself to return the favor.
This episode differs the others in a few key significant parts. 1: The Village Bride explores different interpretations of the force, how people other than the Jedi and Sith accept and use the force. In this part, the villagers are bonded with the force that emanates from the planet, giving them a close relationship with nature and the planet itself. 2: the weight of a presented lightsaber. Other episodes, such as the duel, the twins, the elder, the ninth Jedi, etc., all have lightsabers and cool battles and such. But, in light of these battles, the significance of a lightsaber becomes diminished as you can see others using it and you don’t take it too seriously. In the village bride, the lightsaber is drawn and shown for less than 30 seconds, and is swung only once, even though it is the longest episode out of all of them. Yet, the weight of the presented lightsaber here is much heavier than the rest of the lightsabers. You physically feel like she is invincible and about to absolutely destroy the bandit leader without a doubt in her mind, while other times when you see a lightsaber you’re like “oh great, another battle”. Other battles are cool, but this instance really stresses the power and significance of a lightsaber. Just like in “a new hope” where Obi-wan Kenobi simply drew his lightsaber in a crowded bar full of gangsters and bounty hunters, yet no one dared move against him; just lik that situation, the significance of a lightsaber and its wielded increases its magnitude exponentially. 3: the village bride explores how other worlds are affected by a power vacuum of the separatist defeat and the sudden replacement of the republic to the empire. These are just some reasons why I love this episode. By far the best one, deserves a movie.
I swear they say "I have a bad feeling about this" in every short
