Amazing. What is your recommended book order? (your books)
Great advice as ALWAYS!
I start projects before finishing others, then linger for years while having to pay for hosting and domains of unfinished and "future" projects I dont have the time to start right now lol
AI is a great way to bridge the gap on a lot of these points.
Excellent video! However, now with AI a lot of these tasks can be automated or the execution can be dramatically sped up using custom AI workflows and agents. Therefore instead of looking for a person to replace out "certain" repetitive tasks, I implement a new AI agent and since we are two co-founders, we then split the human oversight over the running processes. Naturally, in case the tasks become really complex and the budget allows it, we hire specific people for completely specified tasks.
Objection #1 is basically “just hire someone anyway” which isn’t an answer. If the whole point is that there is no budget, telling someone to “find someone” doesn’t solve the problem.
Basically what you're saying is that the founder should only work on the tasks until he/she is able to turn it into a process that can become repeatable... Great mindset!!! That way, the founder can set the tone and way everything should work without becoming too overwhelmed by the trenches preventing from seeing the big picture and being able to plan growth...
To keep focus and direction. I think keeping a week plan of what you plan to do in the week ahead , then also keep a diary of how well you actually stuck to that plan is a good way to keep focused and on track. If you have not got something like a small whiteboard to plan your week and a small diary, the next thing you should do after watching this you-tube is to buy those.
