It’s hard to talk with people who refuse to listen
Candace Owens, come get your bonus auntie!
Turn her mic 😅off
Damn! Trump just let the big drug guy go, and she's saying nothing about that! Damn, ignorant Kathy confused 😖
Many years ago Rutgers University's mostly Black women basketball team were being threatened because they had cornrows simply because they were winning and went very deep in the ncaa final tournament.
Tell her bye-bye 😅
🤔 If it impacts 1 Black person because of their hairstyle, It's totally unacceptable.
Please silence her microphone!
Even if only one person was impacted, that’s one too many. This woman is outrageous!
I live in Philadelphia, PA, and hair racism has affected me throughout most of my natural-hair, multi-degree–holding life—and I am 60+. Even if Kathy Barnette is correct that only 916 people filed formal complaints in the Commonwealth in 2022, that statistic does not mean the problem ends there. Hair discrimination is far more widespread than she is disingenuously trying to frame it. I’ve had countless personal encounters with hair racism and have never filed a single complaint—like many others who either didn’t know how, didn’t believe it would help, or didn’t want the added burden. Underreporting does not equal absence. I, for one, am thrilled that the CROWN Act has been signed into law in Pennsylvania. We should embrace all of our wins. Instead of worrying about how Black supporters of the CROWN Act are perceived, Kathy should be far more concerned with her own shameful behavior and antics on this program.
