The sister started to fight and yet you’re expected to take the high road
The mom doesn’t want blackmail. She wanted her son to beat the snot out of the bullies.
S5: It’s not called “pre-cheating”, it’s called “irreconcilable differences”. OP’s middle-aged father still wants sex in his marriage, OP’s middle-aged mother does not want to have sex again for the remainder of her life. OP’s father offered a compromise solution. OP’s mother said no and immediately filed for divorce. Rock meet hard place. Hence, divorce for irreconcilable differences.
Story #1: "rules for thee, not for me". NTA.
100% agree with Rslash in the second story. Shouldn't be trying to start something when you've got a pretty big target that the person you're trying to berate can aim for.
grief: How could this be funny? If I gave someone these gifts I would fully expect them to hit me with a blunt object.
Kayla is very lucky she didn’t get decked in the face You don’t get to decide how long someone else grieves and you don’t get to joke about their grief
Story 4 really shows us just how lazy many teachers are. They're not incompetent. They knew EXACTLY how to resolve the situation. They simply chose not to.
Story 3: I lost my mom Dec 21/24. I'm not over it. I randomly burst into tears at the injustice of it all (she was 60 when she passed) and still find myself cursing who/whatever entity took her from me. It's debilitating at times. 8 months is not enough to grieve. Throw the "friend" out and anyone who sides with her.
It's very difficult to maintain a marriage when the people are incompatible se%ually...
