Story 2: Daughter has CPTSD for sure. It’s so hard to recover from but when she distances herself and goes no contact with her parents she’ll heal a lot faster.

Second Story: Wow, I feel so bad for this daughter. She was abused, given scissors to off herself and was told her mom would off herself OR her mom would off her and then off herself. 9:50 the change is because she's masking in public, and when she gets home she's got no further energy to mask and is overstimulated which is leading to meltdowns.

Story 2: "I severely mentally and physically abused my child all through her childhood. Why won't she stop acting like it's s my fault???"

The mom in story 2 really thought "Oh hey, all those unpleasant stereotypes about overly strict/abusive Asian parents are actually a challenge for how to be WORSE".
