The last story: I'm pregnant with my first child, my OBGYN asked if we had cats and who cleans the litter box (me or my husband), when my husband said he'd be taking care of it during pregnancy, my OBGYN said "Oh good! That's a relief!"

My dad has never liked cats. Ever. So much that when my mom’s cat died, she agreed that he got 16 years without a cat because he put up with hers for the 16 years Kitty lived. That man cleaned the litter box when Mom was pregnant.

Second Story: OP is not overreacting. OP pays for that parking spot and OP DID go to the roommate about her boyfriend parking in it and she did nothing about it. The audacity of expecting OP to pay for the tow is wild; the boyfriend should pay OP for the two tickets she got because of her boyfriend. OP needs a new roommate

When I was pregnant with my second kid I told my first kid that if she wants to keep our cats she is on poo duty. She was 10 & understood why. No issues. It's extremely dangerous.

I met this kid years ago. I say kid because i was in my late 20s and he was maybe 18. He was a drug addict and used to come around and ask me for stuff to sell like recycling and for food. He never stole from me. Once i was cooking and i could tell he was really hungry i told him he could eat but he wouldn't this happened several times. Finally i asked i know your hungry why wont you eat. He then told me he doesn't eat anything he doesn't make himself or anything he doesn't see someone cook from start to finish. I asked why and he told me his step dad would put household cleaners and stuff in his and his siblings food and force them to eat it. Its why he was homeless. I still think about that kid and pray he's doing better over 2 decades later. So poisoning food happens more than we'd like to think it does.

husband in the last story would have unprotected sex with someone with STIs because "google says it's statistically unlikely for me to get it"

Last story: if he’s too lazy to do one thing to help his wife before the baby is born, imagine what he’ll be like once the baby arrives. Seems like a sign that he’ll make an excuse at every turn and leave his wife with all of the responsibilities.

Story 2: OP doesn’t need to justify having an unauthorized vehicle in his private parking spot. They knew what they were doing and figured you wouldn’t do anything about it. That’s on them. And OP’s compromise that they pay for all the money they cost him in exchange for paying half the towing sounds fair to me.
