Regarding story 1, that guy is disgusting. I'm from a culture where nudity isn't always sexual and it isn't too strange to walk around your house naked to the shower and back before getting dressed, and nudity in general is less taboo. That being said, going to her room naked is weird here too and if someone is uncomfortable with nudity, especially a child, you put a robe on and don't walk around naked. It's made weirder by the fact he met her as a teenager and it's all in all creepy.
