Last story: i probably would just continue to go to places with rachel and wait until rachel orders then order the exact same thing she did after she orders.
*1st Story:* I love how Doug's Mom _immediately_ shut down her son & husband's nonsense the moment she found out how much of Doug's stuff was left at OP's place and said **NOPE** to 90% of everything when it was hauled out. I'm willing to bet Doug's Dad slept on the couch that night (and hopefully showered after moving all that trash).
If he doesn’t have the money to deal with his stuff, he doesn’t have the money to take it to court.
The verbal agreement was for 2 wardrobes and 1 bed. Everything else can go in the street. It's GARBAGE.
"What KIND of urine? I wish OP would specify-" Please don't 😮
Story 1: OP's brother shrugging and going "I dunno" just pissed me off. Because OP now has Doug's stuff in his house, it's no longer his problem and would not care less. Calling him an "Idiot" is a severe understatement here. Well, at least Doug's mom is the only good person here, I was expecting her to be just like her husband.
5:43 She didn't. She's met the guy but she gave the key to her brother, not the guy.
The duality of the second OP’s role being too crucial to the company in order to keep it running while simultaneously being too lowly of a position for a higher up to take over for a few days. Also love how OP’s boss own vacation days being moved was never brought to the table, no, OP was just expected to give up all her plans.
Last story: Rachel getting upset about doubled up meal orders sounds like either a mental illness where in her worldview everyone has to have something different, or something from her family where everyone ordered/had to order different things when they went out
Rachel definitely has a form of OCD. It's not logical, but her mind is creating rules to keep her "safe" and when those rules are broken, it causes a panic response in her brain.
