The guest is a born teacher and phenomenal at explaining topics.
Space isn't empty, it literally has everything in it
Got any questions about black holes, gravitational waves, or space-time? Drop ’em below!
"Lord I got options "😂, perfectly timed.
Neil, I think you mean; "When black holes collide, with Nergis Mavalvala". That comma is important!
I particularly enjoy the way Neil enthusiastically reacts to something he might not have thought about previously.
I miss Chuck … Neil and Chuck are my favorite duo . He makes Neil laugh so hard and he asks questions that I’d ask which allows Neil to explain it again or deeper. I be needing that
Accelerating a black hole to half the speed of light is INSANE😭😭. It's mind bogglingly insane!
bro her voice is so soothing. I would not get bored if she was doing a 10 hour long school speech 😭
In 2015, when the first gravitational wave was detected, I was in 8th grade. My science teacher revealed this news in class, mentioning the name of Dr Nergis Mavalwala too (because she was born in the same city I live in), since that day she has been one of my heroes. And now I am working in the field of Gravitational Waves. Who knew a moment or a person could inspire one to alter their course of life? Thank you, Dr Nergis Mavalwala.
