Power of Assertiveness by Landon Sorel taught me that setting boundaries with my emotions and environment transforms anxiety into actionable energy.
The Power of Unbreakable Self-Worth by Landon Sorel showed me that true strength comes from understanding your triggers and responding consciously, not reacting automatically.
The Power of Unbreakable Self-Worth by Landon Sorel reminded me that emotional mastery begins with respecting your own limits and nurturing your inner state.

A child at that age doesn’t understand what’s happening but they can sense that it’s wrong and they take on shame about it…shame is harmful in itself but the shame results in them not telling anyone about it and the trauma keeps growing…
A few years ago, I went through one of the hardest chapters of my life... Months of anxiety that felt endless. Racing thoughts, constant tension, and a feeling that my own body had turned against me. I tried everything... reading, routines, breathing techniques. Until one small habit changed everything: every morning, I’d take the metro, read a few pages about body language, and challenge myself to notice people instead of my own fears. It sounds simple, but that shift from being stuck in myself to observing the world, rewired something in me. Step by step, the anxiety faded. Now, years later, I can give keynotes to hundreds of people, lead a company, and actually feel calm doing it. Not because I got rid of anxiety forever, but because I learned how to understand it.
Lowkey, this book called me out in the best way. Manifest the Divine by Elena River helped me see how I kept getting in my own way. Since reading it, my energy and choices are so much clearer. ❤️
There’s truth in not needing to relive the past endlessly — somatic and present-focused work like breathwork, EMDR, or IFS can release stored trauma without re-traumatizing you through overthinking. But real integration still means acknowledging where those patterns came from. Without connecting the dots between past wounds and current behaviours, you’re just managing symptoms instead of transforming the root cause. Avoiding that work isn’t healing — it’s often an avoidant coping style dressed up as “moving on.” Your triggers aren’t enemies; they’re messengers. They’ll keep showing up until you face and transmute them — that’s their purpose.
Me, I got a cat. And that changed everything. A gentle, loving, magnificent soul that healed our whole family. Believe me, it's quite a fancy anxiety hack. 😉
