Replay crew!!! Was busy spending time with my daughter during her last days of summer before KINDERGARTEN!!! This mama is super worried lol ❤ watching now with a cup of coffee
5:43:23 the other day at work I had a physician ask me why my patient did something, and I responded similarly to the 1st year resident: ‘I stopped trying to figure out why people do things a long time ago… people are weird, and make strange decisions… don’t try to figure them out, you’ll get a headache and you have a long career ahead of you. That’s my best advice’
Schabusiness sounds like an LLC Jenn Shah hid behind.
I feel for the defense attorney. He tried hard, and he knew it was to no avail. He sounded so defeated at the end of that day.
What makes me upset is that I have a bipolar diagnosis and I've been in treatment and I don't like it when people who don't have it use it as an excuse to try and get away with their crimes. Manic episodes are not fun
I’ve worked mental health majority of my career (ran a day tx program and as a social worker at involuntary psychiatric hospital)… I could write a book on the random things (including a large heavy chair) thrown at me, or in my direction. 😂 my very first tx team meeting with client at hospital, the entire table was flipped!
4:36:00 During her sentencing remarks, Judge Dorow did a great job of clarifying that the behaviors of someone having a psychotic break are very specific and also painful to observe. Like most of us, I'm sure, I've known a couple people (that I know of) with a bipolar disorder. When off medication, I saw them swing between the extremes of their own personality, not take on an entirely different personality. It's like when you're drunk, you just say stuff your sober brain stops you from saying, but it's in you nonetheless. That's just my nonprofessional observation.
When he said “schabusinessssesssssssssss” diagnosis I couldn’t stop laughing. 😂😂 schadoobie
Watching another chunk I missed during the live. Law & Lumber said it, defense attorney's heart just wasn't in it. Which I don't think should be held against him - in this case - it actually speaks to his integrity as a human being and an attorney.
Emily, Did you hear Bryan Kohberger's attorneys are trying to get his indictment dismissed??
