I really have a difficult time believing that he was/is an addict because he was only in “rehab” for a very short time. I’m a RN and get patients that are admitted for a medical condition and quickly discover that they’re illicit drug addicts. Alex would have required in hospital detox with close observation before being able to enter rehab. I have an extremely difficult time believing that he had such a severe drug addiction for all those years and no one picked up on it or figured it out. The money went somewhere else. Think about it, Charlie Sheen was filthy rich and spent tons of money on drugs. He’s been pretty honest about that & didn’t admit to spending millions on drugs. Plus, EVERYONE in his circle knew he was on drugs. I want to know where the money really went…

This court case has been like watching a car accident. You don't want to watch but you can't really turn away. I think if you, or any of your well educated, experienced, and professional attorneys were on this case, it probably wouldn't have lasted longer than a week! In my mind I keep hearing those famous words, "Objection your honor... leading... no foundation...🙈

This trial is every reason people hate lawyers, bankers, and politicians. The lawlessness in this town and state is over the top.

Maggie‘s phone not connecting to the car might also mean that it was never paired to the car before. If you don’t pair it to the car, it will not automatically connect… So it could aswell be that he had Maggie‘s phone to throw out. It was his company car as it sounds like, so it would make sense!

The prosecution isn't objecting because they are too busy looking for more financial evidence to FURTHER prove the theft/embezzelement for their murder trial.

The fees... The FEES... THE FEES... That is all Creighton is focused on and nothing else matters! I feel that he has forgotten where he is and what he is supposed to be proving. Maggie and Paul deserved better council than this. Creighton is great at presenting embezzlement, unfortunately this is a murder trial.
