"We have no evidence of access to other parts of our environment" ... because everything that was accessed was our entire environment.
Things like this needs to happen to expose that people who dont know how to code have no business making public applications.
"We have the FBI investigating" = you're paying taxes for our fuck up rn
if they got the FBI involved to investigate a public database being just accessed and dumped by someone on the internet i'm rolling on the floor laughing, if anyone needs to be investigated by the FBI it's the owner of the app himself, because this is at best negligence and at worst deliberate

I get paranoid about security when I develop. But then stories like this pop up. Things completely open for people to exploit, incredibly famous, good hacking target, took 3 years to hack. Yeah I'm fine
