Adb is account date of birth. Epoch of when you created the account. It can check if you are new. If you are new it is more likely to stand down.
According to a a community post by Megalag, Rakuten just suspended Honey from their partner program, so it would appear that at least one of these affiliate networks agrees that this was fraud.
