My recent vacation to Japan opened my eyes. My T and libido was a lot higher than it was and is now. We walked around all day enjoying the sceneries and cultural differences with little stress, even though the sun wasn't beaming much. Now back home and inside the office, my T just tanked.
Finally i have the same body type as Thomas!
I did experiment on my self. Thank God i have absolutely amazing T at 50, thru exercise, 6/18 fasting, sodium bicarbonate with water at least 2hrs before meal, and zinc/selenium. For 6 months i drank hot cofe and water from plastic. My T halfed. I stopped with using plastic containers, my T returned to very, very high. You are welcome

Hey Thomas, I love your channel. Science and data are two things that YouTube is sorely lacking. On this testosterone topic, I increased my testosterone from 320 to 709 in 9 months using HIIT and Intermittent fasting. I am a 60 year old ex-UGA football player on disability for spinal injuries. My workout is almost all floor exercises and bodyweight only.
