5:27 Urolithin A 👍🏻
now I show up and look at comments.
Maybe the exhaustive YouTube supplement promotional content are the friends we made along the way
The missing link is Akkermansia living probiotic. This needs to be present to make Urilithn A in your body. Only one company makes a living version of Akkermansia. Once it is living in your gut you make your own UrilithinA as well as your own GLP 1.
OK. Once he told me what the compound is - Urolithin A - I knew I cannot afford 2,000 - 3,000mg of that. Way too expensive.
I've been taking Urolithin A for over a month and just canceled my subscription today when I heard from another channel that it basically does very little. Now Thomas drops this video a few hours later and I don't know what to think.
I put together a meal plan for insulin resistance using Whole Foods, here it is for free: http://www.thomasdelauer.com/eatrealfood - The best way to adhere to something is just have a plan. This is a thank you for joining my newsletter and subscribing
Oh so this is what he’s on, respect 🔥🔥🔥
Do you take the 2-3g of Urolithin A all at once or in split dosages? Does time of day and with or without food matter?
Would you do a video on peptides? I'd love to hear your opinion
