Jokes on you, I make taco salads using ground beef so instead of swapping the salad for the burger I just added the burger on top of my salad 😂
These tips are really useful. I’ve also tried making ghee at home - it definitely tastes better than the store-bought kind and lasts much longer.
Newsflash - Kasha actually means porridge - in Russian...as well as in my native Czech.
But I like salads. Have since I was just a kid. And I'm 60 now. I'm not dead from eating salads apparently. I'll just keep going with salads when I like. It's not either/or. I can eat a salad for one meal, a hamburger for the next. You can even put ground beef and cheddar IN a salad and eat it. It's yummy.
Here’s a Cortisol Lowering Meal plan that focuses on real, Whole Foods. Totally Free, just my gift to you: http://www.thomasdelauer.com/eatrealfood - consider it a thank you for watching my videos and for subbing to my newsletter!
As a ketchup guy - I now swap that out for tomato paste with a little Apple Cider Vinegar, much more taste and texture.
This is such great information! Thank you!
Great stuff buddy rock on.
Great information, thank you as always Thomas.
