Jokes on you, I make taco salads using ground beef so instead of swapping the salad for the burger I just added the burger on top of my salad 😂

But I like salads. Have since I was just a kid. And I'm 60 now. I'm not dead from eating salads apparently. I'll just keep going with salads when I like. It's not either/or. I can eat a salad for one meal, a hamburger for the next. You can even put ground beef and cheddar IN a salad and eat it. It's yummy.

As a ketchup guy - I now swap that out for tomato paste with a little Apple Cider Vinegar, much more taste and texture.
